I welcome new clients, and I check email regularly, as this is my preferred form of communication. If you call the studio and receive an answering message it means that I am unavailable right then but will return your call when I am free. I don’t interrupt my work or my clients by answering the phone.
There are no regular business hours for dropping in at Radford Studio. I accept visits by appointment only, and can usually accommodate people within a few days to a week. I do this because it is important to me that when I am working at my bench or in the machining room I am not distracted. I want all of my attention for the jewelry I am creating. When I am with a client, I want to have that same level of focus without disturbance.
